Who are we?
Tipmedia Group is a fast growing company located in Lublin which is seeking for some true talents to cooperate with!
In our work, we prepare a range of products for local media, local governments and non-governmental organizations: we create websites and articles for them, we publish SEO content in a nationwide advertising network, and we also conduct training at the Bona Notitia Foundation established by us.
As we are expanding our business operations to the English-speaking markets we are now looking for new members of our CMS team. The market does not provide ready-made competent employees for such a position thus we will eagerly welcome final year students as well as those with no work experience in this field because we will provide you with training.
Who are we looking for?
We value availability and creativity, as well as communication and team work skills with the ability to work under time pressure. We do not require customer service work experience – we will teach you everything!
What will you be responsible for?
Your main responsibilities will include: support to the CMS team which deals with proprietary software developed websites. Our two CMS Team Super Women will provide you with full support while the system we use is an engine which requires rather putting some data in than the proper software development work. The current working team are not IT educated, nor have they ever had any software development course.
Later on (after proper introduction, familiarisation with the system etc.) you will also be assisted with the customer service (telephone and email). We have our clients located in the USA and UK, so we are looking for people with fluent English and those who are OK with working late from time to time due to time zone difference. We will cordially welcome last year English philology students as their schedule allows more other activity than just studying.
It’s not a sales representative job offer! More like website creation and customer support 😊
